Personality: Level-headed, wise and very quiet. Speaks only when necessary.
Perceptive, shrewd and very analytical. Often assesses situations in a very accurate manner.
Deep down well meaning but often abrasive and inconsiderate of other people's feelings.
Uptight and easily offended by informal manners, even from his teammates.
Sexually active but staunchly monogamous.
Family: Father and Mother unknown (deceased?), Unai (brother), Anor (wife), Seiger (son), Vanadiane (daughter), Damak (nephew).
Story: Izekondi and his brother, Unai [link] , were both orphaned at a young age. It isn't clear whether or not their parents are dead or if they abandoned them.
The foundlings were taken in an raised in a monastery with other young boys, such as Izekondi's best friend: Baxem [link] . All three of them were trained and educated by the monks and learned how to use their powers. Out of all children, Izekondi was one of the most skilled, be it in swordsmanship, combat or regular classes. While everyone looked up to him, Unai grew extremely jealous and held the monks accountable for his lesser level of mastery and destroyed the monastery, killing many monks and apprentices in the process in order to prove himself. Izekondi and Baxem fought Unai on the ruins of their shelter. Izekondi gouged Unai's right eye. Unai used his powers to permanently blind his brother in retaliation.
Afterwards, Izekondi healed and aided in reconstructing the building and was chosen as the Great Hierophant, succeeding his now deceased master. He then went on a long solitary pilgrimage in search of himself and his own purpose until he met Anor, a high-ranking priestess of the Sacred Waterway in Aquanne.
He was then introduced to Queen Saran by the priestesses of Anor's [link] convent who were very impressed by his level of power. The queen quickly understood that Izekondi could be a powerful ally. She proposed him to settle down with Anor in Eluse and to join her personal guard.
He accepted and married Anor. They had two children, Seiger and Vanadiane, and are currently training them together.
Queen Saran [link] appointed him with relaying her orders to Derva and the group and to give her instant information about any given situation. The queen and Izekondi are sharing an astral bound and can communicate anytime.
Izekondi and Derva [link] get pretty well with each other. Izekondi deeply appreciates that Derva never tried to woo him and Derva is often thankful for Izekondi's calming presence.
Powers: He uses clairvoyance and telepathy to "see" his surroundings. Due to his blindness, his smelling and hearing are highly enhanced.
Superior psychic powers: can "read" objects and people by touching them. Casts very powerful mind blasts and mental shocks.
Uses his "psy-blades" and "psy-shields" to fight. A point blank thrust from his "psy-weapons" shuts down the mind of the opponent. A full power mind blast can stun or kill.
It is impossible to surprise Izekondi on a one-on-one fight but, the more people attack him, the more difficult it is for him to foresee the opponents' moves.
Weapons: None but he is very skilled with katanas.
Weaknesses and annoying traits: Despite his high level of psychic power, Izekondi is only slightly more resistant than average to psychic attacks. If he fails to negate a mind control or a telepathic attack, he will simply loose all of his powers and become truly blind. He generally relies on his other senses in such instances but it is still a handicap.
He often says he despises his brother but he actually feels very guilty about having taken him for granted and feels indirectly responsible for what Unai did. But he refuses to brood about it and always denies suffering out of pride. The pain is still there though and deep down he knows that he will have to deal with it sometime.

Izekondi was pretty hard to create but in the end I feel he is not that bad! Actually, he is the second protagonist of the story, right after Derva. The story itself will be more precise about their relationship and their interaction.
