Story: The mysterious origins of Sawal and his brother Focohom is a topic that brought about many speculations. However, most scholars, including Faysal (Baxem's father), contend that both of them were born when humans first set foot in Phoynt, the infamous "Country That Doesn't Exist". The strange mists and incorporeal beings that inhabit Phoynt have a tendency to harness the minds of the sentient beings that enter the "Country" and take the form of said being's fantasies and fears. Sawal would represent the human aspect of Sex & Lust, while Focohom would represent Death & Violence. The form in which both appear is an illusion. Despite being tangible and looking perfectly like humans, except for their vampire-like fangs, their true form is unfathomable and imperceptible by human senses, even heightened ones. 
Out of the two "brothers", Sawal is the most known and the most fond of interacting with humans, at least in appearance. Since his purpose is to embody lust and sexuality in general, he founded the Vermillion Vault and made it into a gigantic pleasure palace where both Monias and Omphalus lead the different pleasure rituals that take place there, never mentioning the often unfortunate fates of the ones who get sucked in. Sawal has no actual "goal" other than perpetuating his existence. All the money he makes from his "business"serves only for the "basic" needs of the Vault but his lifestyle is strangely simple and he gets nothing from luxury or material goods as a whole. 
Not much is known about Omphalus and Monias. They're both Sawal's assistants and what is known of them is that Omphalus is one of the many half-breeds "experiments" that populate Shatterland. His blue, velvety skin is quite unusual and his mask hides the strange non-human features of his face and head which only few have seen. Monias is of human origin and is rumored to have joined Sawal out of lust since she has little else on her mind than sex.
All three of them are bisexuals and will readily have sex with anyone they personally find attractive and it is rumored all three of them are "lovers" of sorts. In fact, it's quite rare to see any of them outside the Vault unaccompanied by the other two.
Powers: All three of them are energy vampires. While Monias and Omphalus may sometimes feed on the blood of lving beings, all 3 would rather absorb the excess energy that emanates from sexual activity and can completely drain a person from their life force just by having sex with them. Their bite can put someone into a deep sleep if they so desire. All three of them are shapeshifters and can take the form of the being any given humanoid desires the most sexually. 
They all emit an "aura of desire", made of pheromones and psionic energy, which effects are intensified whenever they are together. People subjected to that aura may not want to do anything with them but will find them attractive nonetheless. 
Sawal has the power to know the innermost sexual desires of any being just by looking at them. Due to his nature, there's no defense against this effect and he almost always uses that knowledge to his advantage. His touch can cause intense pleasure or intense pain, depending on his own volition. He owns a natural healing factor and it's difficult to harm him permanently as he can reassemble himself in case on his limbs is cut off, for instance.
Monias and Omphalus both wear a slave collar that acts as a power amplifier. It's especially useful when all three of them get attacked as they can utterly triple their powers, strength, durability and speed. 
Monias' voice stimulates the desire centres in men's brains and she can utterly submit a man to her will if the person hears her whisper in their ear for instance. On females and  children who aren't nubile yet, her voice messes up the synaptic system and eventually drives the person completely insane. She can activate or de-activate this effect at will. She wears a set of poisoned finger fangs in addition.
Omphalus' gaze can either cause someone to become mad with lust or, on the contrary, mad with grief. The first effect will cause the person to want to have sex immediately (male of female) with the nearest person they find desirable, the second can cause the person to commit suicide. His bracers are also dipped in poison. 
Weapons: Sawal wears a sentient knife pendant that he can turn into a golden sword if he so desires. The sword itself can alter its own shape but feeds off Sawal's power and may drain him out if used for too long. Omphalus wears poison bracers. Monias wears poison fangs on her fingers.
Weaknesses and annoying traits: Sawal isn't human, he only looks so. And, even though he understands human nature, he doesn't really care about anyone and only sees Monias and Omphalus as particularly favoured slaves. Him and his "brother" aren't really close. Sawal is quite powerless against children since they don't have any kinks he can exploit. In fact, only a child could permanently harm him but few people know of this weakness in Sawal.
Monias and Omphalus's sex drives often get the better of their judgement and the idea of having sex with someone they find attractive is sometimes all that is needed to have them comply. Monias and Omphalus are actually very old and their old age will start to show whenever they use too much of their powers. It isn't known whether or not Sawal gave them immortality.

The first antagonists the Royal Guard will have to face in the story, even though they have already fought in the past.

These guys embody the dark side of sexuality and lust and all manners of what desire can do to people. It's no the last you'll see of them though.
